• A welcome guide will be sent out to you once your booking is confirmed. Within the welcome guide you will find directions to the cottage, amenities and how to access the cottage.

  • Unless otherwise stated, arrival/check-in time is 3pm day of booking and departure/check-out is 11am final day of booking.

  • Pillows and Blankets are provided, basic items such as dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, fridge, stove, small appliances and a TV. There will be cleaning supplies including dish soap. The cabin is also equipped with a dry sauna for guest use.

  • Bring any and all personal items: hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, etc.

    All perishable items.

  • There is a water cooler for all guests to use. Water jugs are provided however if refills are required Reddin’s Store (only minutes away) has a water refill station. The water from the tap is for showering/bathing & cleaning purposes only.

  • It is home to many species of fish including Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Musky, as well as some panfish. The Ministry of Natural Resources web site can also be a good place to find lake information.

  • No, propane tanks will be provided and on-site for your arrival.

  • We have a beautiful propane fire pit for your use while at the cottage. We ask that you refrain from having campfires as they are not permitted in the area.

  • Yes! Our cottage is fully winterized. There also is a two car garage perfect for all of your winter gear, fishing gear or skidoos.

  • Yes! Pets are allowed to stay at the cottage with you. We just ask that you pick up after your pets.

  • There is a boat launch on the property suitable for small fishing boats. There is a full boat launch on the east end of the lake for larger boats. We ask that you bring your own lifejackets.

  • There is a 20ft floating dock at the cabin sufficient enough to tie a tin fishing boat.

  • Canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board rentals are available at Green Adventures in Kenora. It is recommended that you make a reservation one week in advance. There are also several boat rental options within the area.

  • If you forgot something, most essential items can be purchased at Redden’s Store which is less than 15 minutes away. It is located at 4433 Highway 17 East, Kenora, ON, Canada, Ontario.
